Pestilence

Pestilence plaguing the Ankh-Morpork hostipal--he's got smaller, more satisfying fish to fry when Death finds him.

I've seen the official illustrations of the four horsemen, and after that I realized that those personifications are quite awesome... and i just made them look like people with those personalities seen in the book. Famine looks like a snooty anorexic, and War looks like a Wagnerian armoured guy with lots of facial hair.
